Since my earliest memories, my office has been a mess. In a vain effort to rectify the problem, one hot summer day, we stripped down and repainted the room white, as if that would help matters. In the end it led only to a photo shoot among myself, Gary and our good friend Debra Rooney who lived across the hall. Gaetano later lampooned this and several other shoots in that room with a vicious series of photos that is, alas, too provocative for present purposes. The humor, at any rate, was very personal and would be lost in cyberspace.
